1) We can conduct a sale of the complete or partial contents of your home:

• Organize, display, research and price all items

• Place advertisements in appropriate newspapers and websites. We do a lot of social media advertising!

• Hang signs to direct buyers to the sale

• Manage the sale with the help of our knowledgeable staff

• Arrange for donation of leftovers for a tax deduction

• We are paid a percentage of the sale profits, no out of pocket expense to you, meaning no upfront fee. Certain restrictions apply.

2)  We can arrange a complete clean out of your home, removing unwanted items, and leaving it broom swept clean. There is a charge for this.

• Arrange for a dumpster, if needed and the manpower to load it - or arrange for a truck to take away the remainders. We work with a gentleman who does clean-outs and is very reasonable.

• You pay for the dumpster and an hourly rate to load it  - or you pay for the truck.

3)  If there is not enough quantity for a sale, we can suggest other options for selling your valuable items. Consultation services available also at an hourly fee.

4) We always tell our clients do not throw anything away - let us be the judge of what is actual trash or not!
