Jim and Janine are fantastic. I work with them as a buyer at their sales and they are really fair. They know that their client, their buyers, and they themselves all need to be able to make money at this and they do a great job making sure that everyone's needs are met. I have seen them interact with their clients (the homeowners) and they couldn't be more appreciative of the difficult situation these clients find themselves trying to liquidate the homes of their loved ones.

James and Janine are fabulous. We had to sell the contents of a hoarder’s house. It was a massive sale over 3 months. They were relentless in clearing the house out and getting us the best price. Without their help and expertise, we would not have been able to clean out this house. 5 stars is low. If there were 10 stars I would give it to them.
